If an item is defective we will, of course, handle your warranty claim.



Warranty

If a product we sold you fails during its manufacturer's warranty period we will coordinate your warranty claim with the manufacturer.  A typical warranty claim involves the customer returning the item to the manufacturer at no expense. Upon receipt the manufacturer will determine if your warranty claim is valid. If the claim is valid the manufacturer will repair your item or replace it with a factory refurbished unit.

Be aware that you will not have use of your item during the warranty procedure. Warranty returns can take several weeks to process!
